CACC Race 4 - West Coast Motor Madness - July 19 - 20, 2025
A CACC Sanctioned Event
Featuring the Mazda Challenge on Saturday and
Vintage Racing on Sunday
This is a championship points race weekend and is conducted under the 2025 CACC regulations and is organized by the Sports Car Club of British Columbia..
INFORMATION FOR VOLUNTEERS & CREW
Due to scheduling conflicts with another event, there we will be NO Friday evening load in and set up in your paddock spaces until 9:00pm to 10:00pm. Friday arrivals before 9:00pm will have to park their trailers outside of the registration booth in the gravel parking area. Registration booth open Friday 5:00pm to 7:00pm, but no vehicle access until 9:00pm.
ALL PARTICIPANTS, CREW and VOLUNTEERS MUST BE PRE-REGISTERED HERE
EVERYONE MUST SIGN AN ELECTRONIC ANNUAL WAIVER AT https://waiver.caccautosport.org (There are no longer event waivers)
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CACC RACE or OFFICIALS LICENCE THAT SHOWS YOU HAVE SIGNED THE ANNUAL WAIVER
Volunteer and Crew registration closes at 8PM on Thursday July 17th
NO REGISTRATION AT THE TRACK
GATE OPENS AT 7:00 A.M. EACH DAY
Check-in is at the front gate booth where you will receive a wrist band. Registered entrants must arrive by 9:00 a.m. each day.

The Sports Car Club of B.C. reserves the right to refuse a race entry, and entry to the track facilities for any reason.
