The Mazda Shootout on Sunday,
and Vintage Racing on Sunday

All prices are in CDN funds and include 5% GST.
Saturday will feature a Honda Challenge sponsored by 2nd Gen Racing/Hoosier and Marv Jones Honda.
The Honda race will have H2 (IP2 and IP3 Hondas) and H1 (all other Honda’s) classes.
Sunday will have a Mazda Shootout for all Mazda race cars.
The Honda Challenge will have a random draw for grid positions for both groups, with a split start.
The Mazda Shoot out on Sunday will be have 2 classes (M1 & M2), and your group will be determined by your Qualifying time in CW1, CW2 or Vintage. The M1 (fast) class will start a lap down from the M2 (slower) class and race to the finish.
The SCCBC will provide $1000 prize money for each race. At the end of each race, the winner will do a coin toss. Heads, prize money goes to the podium finishers. Tails, prize money awarded by random draw. The entry fee to participate in one of these special races is $50 for SCCBC members and $55 for non-members. (There will be no practice or qualifying, and drivers must be entered in a regular CW1, CW2 or Vintage class on that day).
The weekend will be a "90's throwback" event where we will use the 90's era turn 7-8-9 for all races.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel, please update your entry. If you break on Saturday and cannot run Sunday, you must cancel your Sunday entry by emailing registrar@sccbc.net with your request by 8AM on Sunday, or see Pam Stec at the track, in order to be issued a refund for Sunday's entry. No refunds will be issued after that time, however a track credit may be offered.
Transponders: Weekend rental at track $70.00 for 2 days or $40.00 for 1 day.
The rental must be included in your entry and the rental form completed and emailed to registrar@sccbc.net prior by midnight on the Wednesday prior to the race event. The order form is here: Transponder Rental Form
All Race Entries MUST be completed on MotorsportReg.com before the event registration closes at midnight on Wednesday October 23rd.
No registration at the track.
Please ensure your car number, transponder number and all other information is correct in Motorsport Reg. Incorrect information will result in an immediate Black Flag during your first on-track session!

As there is no onsite Registration for this event, you must pay online using use a credit card to complete your registration.
No other payment options are available. Please ensure your Credit Card, billing address and email information are up to date on MSR.
INFORMATION FOR DRIVERS
Dropping off cars Friday night permitted from 5:30PM - 9:00PM
Crew must register themselves on the Volunteer Registration link on SCCBC.MotorSportReg.com. Drivers cannot register for their crew!
YOU MUST SIGN AN ELECTRONIC ANNUAL WAIVER AT https://waiver.caccautosport.org
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CACC RACE or OFFICIALS LICENSE THAT SHOWS YOU HAVE SIGNED THE ANNUAL WAIVER.
Check-in is at the front gate booth where you will receive a wrist band. Registered entrants must arrive by 10:00 a.m. each day.
GATE OPENS AT 5:30 PM on Friday, and 7:00 AM on Saturday & Sunday.
2024 annual tech stickers may be obtained on Friday night.
Please complete the Online CACC Tech Inspection Form, then submit it. A copy will go to Tech automatically.
One form for every Driver/Car/Event combination. Cars & gear without an annual sticker must be presented to the tech shed.
You will not pass Tech if your form has not been completed and submitted online! . There is no no longer a paper tech form.

The Sports Car Club of B.C. reserves the right to refuse a race entry, and entry to the track facilities for any reason.
Event requirements
Thank you for using MotorsportReg.com online entry system for the Sports Car Club of BC. If you follow these steps to create your account the first time you enter, your future entries with us will be quick and painless! You can also use this same profile to register for other events on MotorsportReg.com.
- If you do not already have one, create an account on MotorsportReg.com after reading these steps.
- Once logged in, click "My Account" at the top right.
- Please use proper capitalization for all of your information as it will appear on the race results. This includes vehicle information.
- Review your vehicle(s) making sure to enter your preferred car numbers and your transponder number.
- If you already have an account, please be sure your profile contains your club affiliation & competition license type.
- Ensure ALL of your information is completed including transponder #'s, car #'s, license info, any other required information, and pay online
- Next return to this page and enter the event and pay online.
All entries on MotorSportReg require a credit card to complete the registration process. As there is no on-site registration available, all payments will be via credit card in MotorSportReg.com. If you do not have a credit card, please contact the Registrar to make other arrangements.

A current Vintage, Race, or Novice license & vehicle log books are required to participate in this event. As a reminder, all Canadian participants must hold a current valid CACC, or Recognized Canadian licence. ICCSC, SCCA and other foreign licenses will only be accept for participants who reside outside of Canada. This applies for all CACC sanctioned events.
Transponder numbers are required for all race cars. If you do not have a transponder listed in your vehicle profile, you must provide the number at Registration. If you don't own a transponder, you may rent one for the weekend from Registration by selecting that item when you register online. Failure to have the correct transponder number registered to your car will result in no practice times being posted, and you will not be allowed to qualify or race until it is corrected..
Paved Paddock Spaces: To reserve a paved paddock space please indicate your top 3 preferences when registering online. They will be assigned in the order the entries are received. DO NOT request a paddock space if you have an Annual Request. If your entry is late or you do not indicate your choices, your pit assignment will be determined at registration from any remaining. Paddock space requests are only available prior to the race entry deadline. DO NOT OCCUPY paddock spaces that have not been assigned to you by the paddock marshal. Violators may be fined or towed. All paddock allocation related questions must be directed at the Paddock Marshall.
Be sure to download and read the current Supplemental Regulations for this event from the Driver Info page at http://www.sccbc.net or in the event package.

How the Online Payment works: Your credit card will NOT be charged until you go through Check-in at the track. A pre-authorization check is done electronically to confirm validity and capacity of your account by MotorsportReg.com, much like a hotel might do. The pre-auth should fall off your account in 24-72 hours depending on your bank card's practices. Updating your registration before the event does NOT cause you to be charged twice.
