CW1, OW2 and Novice run Saturday ONLY.
CW2, OW1 and Vintage run Sunday ONLY.

Entry Fees:

CACC Regional Entry - 1 day entry $265.00
CACC Regional Additional Entry $125.00
CACC Vintage (Sunday Only) $175.00
CACC Novice (Saturday Only) $175.00

Transponders: Weekend rental at track $60.00 for 2 days or $35.00 for 1 day

All prices are in CDN funds and include 5% GST.

There is NO Friday Practice.

All Race Entries MUST be completed in MotorsportReg.com by September 21st!
No registration at the track and no paper entries will be accepted.

Please ensure your car number, transponder number and all other information is correct in Motorsport Reg. Incorrect information will result in an immediate Black Flag during your first on-track session!

As there is no onsite Registration for this event, you must pay online using use a credit card to complete your registration. No other payment options are available. Please ensure your Credit Card information is up to date on MSR, as well as your billing address.

Entries are limited to 50 drivers per day.

INFORMATION FOR DRIVERS

Dropping off cars Friday night permitted from 5-7p.m. Later drops, or camping overnight by pre-arrangement only. Please note the camping question on the registration form. Text Pam at 604-802-5773 for access.

ONLY ONE CREW MEMBER PER DRIVER IS PERMITTED
Crew must register themselves on the Volunteer Registration link on MotorSportReg.com. Drivers cannot register for their crew!

ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE PRE-REGISTERED - There will be NO onsite registration!

YOU MUST SIGN AN ELECTRONIC EVENT WAIVER AT https://signnow.com/s/C2SuhVtW IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CACC RACE or OFFICIALS LICENSE THAT SHOWS YOU HAVE SIGNED THE ANNUAL WAIVER. 

Registration closes at midnight on Wednesday September 23th.

NO REGISTRATION AT THE TRACK.
Check-in is at the front gate booth where you will receive a wrist band. Registered entrants must arrive by 9:30 a.m. each day.

GATE OPENS AT 7:00 AM on Saturday & Sunday.

EVERY DRIVER, CREW and VOLUNTEER IS REQUIRED TO PRESENT A COMPLETED COVID-19 SELF DECLARATION AT THE GATE.
It must be signed and dated just prior to coming to the track, and submitted at check-in.

You cannot enter the track without a signed Waiver (CACC Annual or the link above) and the Covid Self Declaration being completed!

All vehicle Log Books must have a 2019 CACC Annual Tech sticker. Anyone without a 2019 sticker will need to arrange with Jim Kurtz for an inspection prior to Sep 23rd. (See www.sccbc.net Contacts page)

Drivers please download and complete your Tech Sheet before coming to the track. This form can be filled out in Adobe Reader and printed so that Tech doesn't have to decipher your handwriting! The Tech Sheet must be displayed in a predominant location in your pit so the Tech inspectors can see them when they come around to each car.

Event requirements

Thank you for using MotorsportReg.com online entry system for the Sports Car Club of BC.  If you follow these steps to create your account the first time you enter, your future entries with us will be quick and painless!  You can also use this same profile to register for other events on MotorsportReg.com.

  1. If you do not already have one, create an account on MotorsportReg.com after reading these steps.
  2. Once logged in, click "My Account" at the top right.
  3. Please use proper capitalization for all of your information as it will appear on the race results. This includes vehicle information.
  4. Review your vehicle(s) making sure to enter your preferred car numbers and your transponder number.
  5. If you already have an account, please be sure your profile contains your club affiliation & competition license type.
  6. Ensure ALL of your information is completed including transponder #'s, car #'s, license info, any other required information, and pay online
  7. Complete entries may use the new Express Registration Line. Incomplete entries will be sent to the other line; no exceptions.
  8. Next return to this page and enter the event and pay online.

All entries on MotorSportReg require a credit card to complete the registration process. As there is no on-site registration available, all payments will be via credit card in MotorSportReg.com. If you do not have a credit card, please contact the Registrar to make other arrangements.

A current Vintage, Race, or Novice license & vehicle log books are required to participate in this event. As a reminder, all Canadian participants must hold a valid CACC, or Recognized Canadian Regional licence. ICCSC, SCCA and other foreign licenses will only be accept for participants who reside outside of Canada. This applies for all CACC sanctioned events.

Transponder numbers are required for all race cars.  If you do not have a transponder listed in your vehicle profile, you must provide the number at Registration.  If you don't own a transponder, you may rent one for the weekend from Registration by selecting that item when you register online. Failure to have your transponder number registered to your car will result in no practice times being posted, and you will not be allowed to qualify or race.

Paved Paddock Spaces: To reserve a paved paddock space please indicate your top 3 preferences when registering online. They will be assigned in the order the entries are received. DO NOT request a paddock space if you have an Annual Request. If your entry is late or you do not indicate your choices, your pit assignment will be determined at registration from any remaining. Paddock space requests are only available prior to the race entry deadline.

How the Online Payment works: Your credit card will NOT be charged until you go through Check-in at the track. A $100 non-refundable portion of your entry fee will be charged on September 20th if you have not canceled your entry by then. A pre-authorization check is done electronically to confirm validity and capacity of your account by MotorsportReg.com, much like a hotel might do.  The pre-auth should fall off your account in 24-72 hours depending on your bank card's practices.
