The S.C.C.B.C. presents SCCBC RACING MEMBERS’ Lapping Days
sanctioned by CACC. Held under CACC Lapping Regulations & CACC GCR’s
June 13th and 14th at Mission Raceway Park Road Course
One driver per car Entry Fee: $200 plus GST = $210.00
Maximum One Crew member allowed $75 plus GST = $78.75
REGISTRATION CLOSES – June 5th
We are limited to 40 drivers and crew. The less crew members we have the more cars we can accommodate. ONLY PRE-REGISTERED ENTRANTS ARE ALLOWED ON SITE.
All Entries MUST be completed in MotorSportReg.com
NO manual or paper entries will be accepted. NO registration at the track.
Saturday Lapping Day Open to:
Current SCCBC Racing Members who have held valid Race licenses in the past year and Closed Wheel Race Cars with recent tech stickers or log books showing recent tech.
Sunday Lapping Day Open to:
Current SCCBC Racing Members who have held valid Race licenses in the past year and Open Wheel Race Cars with recent tech stickers or log books showing recent tech. Closed wheel cars will be accepted on a standby basis if we do not get the full quota of open wheel.
PADDOCK SPACES ARE NOT ASSIGNED – stagger and leave at least one open pad between occupied spaces.
NO CONCESSION ON SITE
SCCBC has the right to refuse any driver or car. Accepted entries will receive a self-tech form to be completed and emailed before arriving at the track, and instructions regarding waivers. CACC annual waiver is required.
Restrictions:
No passengers
Vehicle noise level restrictions; 95db
Gates: 7:30 AM – Mandatory Drivers’ Meeting in pre-grid 8:30 AM – First Group on Track 9:00 AM (depending on entries there may be two groups which will rotate every 20 minutes)

Notice to Participants: In light of the current COVID-19 situation, every attempt will be made to minimize the risks of exposure to the virus. New processes and procedures are being developed and will be put into place for events going forward. Drivers and Crews are required to bring masks and wear them at the drivers’ meeting and at any time when they are in close proximity to anyone who is not in their household.
Ultimately, it is your responsibility to assess the risk to you, both on-track and off, and to make the decision on whether or not to participate. If you are feeling unwell or are experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath please stay home. If you have been in contact with someone who has been experiencing these symptoms in the last two weeks, please stay home.
