Entry Fees:

Transponders: Weekend rental at track $70.00 CAD for 2 days or $40.00 CAD for 1 day.
The rental must be included in your entry and the rental form completed and emailed to registrar@sccbc.net prior by midnight on the Wednesday prior to the race event. The order form is here: https://www.sccbc.net/data/2022/Transponder_Rental_Form.pdf
All prices are in CAD funds and include 5% GST.
There may be a Friday Practice if numbers warrant it.
All Race Entries MUST be completed on MotorsportReg.com before the event registration closes at midnight on Tuesday September 13th!
No registration at the track.
Please ensure your car number, transponder number and all other information is correct in Motorsport Reg. Incorrect information will result in an immediate Black Flag during your first on-track session!
As there is no onsite Registration for this event, you must pay online using use a credit card to complete your registration.
No other payment options are available. Please ensure your Credit Card, billing address and email information are up to date on MSR.
INFORMATION FOR DRIVERS
Dropping off cars Friday night permitted from 5:30PM - 9:00PM
CHECK-IN IS OPEN FROM 5:30pm to 7:30pm on Friday and 7:00am to 10:00am on Saturday & Sunday
GATE OPENS AT 5:30 PM on Friday, and 7:00 AM on Saturday & Sunday.
Crew must listed on the driver's registration.
ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE PRE-REGISTERED - There will be NO onsite registration!
All participants and crew must sign the waiver at the gate. Minors will require a parental waiver to be signed (A parent/guardian must be present to sign). This applies ot all drivers and crew under 19 yo.
Check-in is at the front gate booth where you will receive a wrist band. Registered entrants must arrive by 10:00 a.m. each day.
All vehicle Log Books must have a 2022 ICSCC or CACC Annual Tech sticker.
Drivers please download and complete your Tech Sheet before coming to the track. This form can be filled out in Adobe Reader and printed so that Tech doesn't have to decipher your handwriting! Print your name & car information on the sheet and PRESENT IT TO TECH TO GET YOUR STICKER. Cars & gear without an annual sticker must be presented to tech shed. The tech form is included in the event package on the website.
