This is a championship points race weekend and is conducted under the 2021 CACC regulations and is organized by the Sports Car Club of British Columbia..
INFORMATION FOR VOLUNTEERS & CREW
Dropping off cars Friday night from 5:30-10 PM.
ONLY TWO CREW MEMBERS PER DRIVER IS ALLOWED
ALL PARTICIPANTS, VOLUNTEERS & CREW MUST REGISTER HERE ON https://sccbc.motorsportreg.com
ALL PARTICIPANTS, CREW and VOLUNTEERS MUST BE PRE-REGISTERED
EVERYONE MUST SIGN AN ELECTRONIC EVENT WAIVER AT https://signnow.com/s/1OCXZn6o IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CACC RACE or OFFICIALS LICENCE THAT SHOWS YOU HAVE SIGNED THE ANNUAL WAIVER.
Registration closes at Midnight on Wednesday July 21st
NO REGISTRATION AT THE TRACK.
Check-in is at the front gate booth where you will receive a wrist band. Registered entrants must arrive by 10:00 a.m. each day.
GATE OPENS AT 7:00 A.M. EACH DAY
EVERY DRIVER, CREW and VOLUNTEER IS REQUIRED TO PRESENT A COMPLETED COVID-19 SELF DECLARATION AT THE GATE.
It must be dated and signed just prior to coming to the track, and submitted at check-in.
